As a company I would definitely use Art by Maudsch again. Customer service and experience is high on their list of priorities as you go through the process of your painting being painted and readied. We asked for some slight modifications to the painting after the original pictures were sent to us. This was not a problem for them and the painting was adjusted to our desire. Fantastic experience and the painting looks amazing in our kitchen.
I'll be honest, we were a bit wary about ordering original art online. The pictures looked great, but we weren't sure the final product would live up to those standards. From the moment we ordered, Maudsch was very communicative. They kept us updated on the progress, then sent us pictures of the finished painting, asking if we wanted any changes, which the artist would have performed. The painting was then framed, packed, and shipped, again with emails keeping us in the loop. And it arrived today, exactly as planned, and it looks simply stunning. An original painting that size (80" x 40") at any art gallery, even from a mediocre artist, would be many thousands of dollars. This particular artist obviously is very talented, and the cost was very reasonable. We have already ordered a second painting, and so far I can't say enough good things about this company. The painting is absolutely stunning! We ordered a 60x60 to go above the staircase. The artist did an excellent job of capturing the landscape we specifically wanted. Packaging and shipping arrived with gorgeous, complimentary framing in tact without one blemish. Customer service was responsive throughout with notification of the process and timeframes, even sending approval photos of the initial painting that had been completed by the artist. From beginning of the order to delivery was approximately a 2 month process. If you have the time, it was worth the wait for a one-of-a-kind true masterpiece! My favorite painting I have ever purchased by far. Highly recommend!
